So just a couple of weeks ago, when I was home, I was drawing for my niece. My family didn't seem to know that I do this from time to time. I'd say hidden talents, but 1. talent is debatable and 2. my nieces have certainly tapped into this resource of having customized coloring books whenever I come to visit them.
Since I have three little-girl nieces in Utah, it has simply become just instinct. Sit down in front of little girl, draw picture. Watch picture be covered in purple watercolor. Then orange. Then erased. I learned never do something you don't want to do three times over (or, however many times x number of girls would like this repeated . . .) But I've found I enjoy it. So much so that I just drew one today. Unfortunately I have no niece here to sit down and watercolor or erase the thing. . .
I miss my family! At least I have a viable 5-minute pastime.
